Where is the earthquake museum in San Fran?

Travel Info
A few years ago a friend of mine visited an 'earthquake museum' in San Fran. Does it still exist and is it still worth a visit?

Travel Tips
There's no earthquake museum.

There was an extensive earthquake exhibit and simulator at the old California Academy of Sciences (San Francisco's Natural History Museum). However, that museum is currently being renovated. It won't re-open until 2008, and even then, it's uncertain if the earthquake stuff will return.
