What are some good areas of Fremont to live in? |
Travel Info I'm thinking of moving to Fremont, California in a few months. I'd like to live near the BART. Is that a nice area of Fremont? What other parts of the city are nice to live in? Travel Tips I live a few blocks from the Fremont Hub (Mowry and Fremont Blvd). There are a lot of apartments around here, a lot of shopping, and only a few blocks away from BART. It's not the nicest area (my fiancee's car got broken into when he parked on the street) but other than very rare car break-ins its a safe place to live. Also, Lake Elizabeth is nearby and it is one of the best parks in the area. Others up by Mowry and Paseo Padre where the newer houses are is good There really isn't a "bad" area of Fremont. Niles is great and so is the Mission SJ area though those are not near Bart. They have some nice new complexes near the Fremont Bart or if you move to North Fremont, your near the Union City Bart station. Just check it out for yourself and good luck. |
