Where's a good place to go for a day trip in the bay area? |
Travel Info its our spring break and we are on a budget. We also don't have a lot of time so we were thinking of going on a roadtrip for the day. Travel Tips Mendocino Coast/Fort Ross Napa Valley/Sonoma for winetasting Stinson Beach/Tomales Bay/Point Reyes Half Moon Bay/Moss Beach/Hwy One: Fitzgerald Marine Reserve and Ano Nuevo to see Elephant Seals Monterey/Carmel Russian River Canoeing/Bodega Bay/Guerneville If you leave early Yosemite is only 3 hours from San Francisco. Get there about 10AM see the vally leave by 6PM and be home same day. Its awesome this time of year! Tahoe or Bear Valley to snowboard/ski. Bear Valley better for day trip. A lot closer.
