Going to San Francisco and Berkeley tomorrow, what are things to do there?

Travel Info
I'm heading to SF tomorrow, and i want to know what should i do there? where should i go? what i should not miss out? etc..

Travel Tips
if your in berkeley, go on campus and check out the campanile (it's the big clock tower)...it'll cost you a few bucks for the elevator ride to the top, but the view is worth it, and if your lucky you'll get to hear the bells chime.

Others
If you are in Berkeley you should go on a tour of the Sho Chiku Bai Sake factory (free sake tasting), and the Scharfer Berger Chocolate factory. Also take a walk on the UC Berkeley campus and check out the campanile. In SF there are a ton of things to do. Museum of Modern Art, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, the list of things is endless. For lunch check out Knob Hill, and for dinner maybe Tapas in the Mission district. Try to stay out of the tenderloin neighborhood.
We take our relatives on a ferry to SF and land at the Ferry Building. Lots of neat shops and dining there. Then walk down to Fishermans Wharf. You could do Alcatraz tours and cable car rides from there. And the Ghiradelli chocolate factory is right in the same area. And if you grab a cab, try out The Stinking Rose (all garlic food) or wander through Chinatown.
Depends on what you're interested in:

Tourist spots: Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39 and ferry to Alcatraz Tour (buy Alcatraz tickets online before you go to avoid the loooong lines and get the audio tour), cable car rides, Chinatown, Golden Gate Bridge, sfcityguides.org for free walking tours of the city.

Upscale shopping: Union Square

Museums: DeYoung (newly remodeled), Palace of the Legion of Honor, Museum of Modern Art, Exploratorium (science for kids in Palace of Fine Art)

Nature: Golden Gate Park, beaches, Presidio trails
I live in berkeley , i have lived there my whole life. you could go to 4th street or emeryville for shopping, uc berkeley for a tour of the ancient campus, elmwood for architecture, downtown for art performances, and you could ride a bike in the streets or in tilden park.
