Know of any good beginning meditation classes in the East Bay, california?

I really want to get into meditation, and have never taken a class or done much research into the practice. Have any suggestions of where I should start? I'm 22 years old. I am willing to travel anywhere in the east bay.

Ohh, I just gotta tell you, I recently left Dry Creek in Union City.
I didn't go willingly and I so miss it. Before that I lived in Pinole.
God I miss Cali. I really do envy you. I hope you are enjoying it. The east pretty much sucks.
