Cheap brand name toys in san fransisco?

My husband is coming next month, last time he was there he found Barbies and Lego at Walmart at very good prices, do you have any other suggestions?
Also fabric (quilting cottons)?

For toys, Target is pretty reasonable but I would suggest Ross stores. You have to dig through their stuff but you get name brands for cheap.

Haven't bought fabric in a long time but I know Chinatown has one or two fabric stores.
