Yoga or spa retreat in Sonoma, Napa or San Fran area.? |
Travel Info I am trying to find a moderately priced place to spend a few days relaxing and excaping from the world at either a yoga center or spa. I'm not looking for any place that is pretentious - just relaxing and moderately priced. Any suggestions for a spa or yoga center in the greater San Fran area or even better, in Sonoma or Napa would be appreciated. Thanks! Feel free to e-mail me if you want specifics but their web site is pretty good. I have not been to Harbin but from what I have heard it is a little too preachy/new age for my taste. Wilbur is very low key and quiet. There is one in San Francisco that just open and it is like heaven and the people there know what they were doing because once you go inside its very relaxing and you enjoy can your day.
