All nightclubs in San Francisco will check ID (because the SFPD doesn't take kindly to finding underaged drinking in any establishment), so the chances of you getting into a 21+ club is slim. There are several 18+ clubs, however.

Club NV is 18+ on some nights. They also host the weekly City Nights party on Saturday.
