I'm going to South Lake Tahoe next week alone, staying at Harvey's in a comp. Any suggestions on what to do? |
Travel Info Unfortunately, I have a bad knee so any hiking has to be fairly easy. I've been to Tahoe a few times, but never on my own. Travel Tips Zephyr Cove has horse rides that take you to the Top of Tahoe! Awesome view! Friday's Station in Harrah's - the best steak and the best view! Cabo Wabo in Harvey's has great live music. Others You have lots of entertainment and restaurants at the many casinos right around where you're staying. You might want to take the gondola ride up the mountain at Heavenly Valley for an unbelievable view of the lake and the area, or a fishing or boating excursion out on the lake. Maybe a leisurely drive around the lake where there are many places to stop along the way. Perhaps a drive to Carson City for some female companionship, very legal of course. Lots of things to do, I'm sure the hotel will be able to provide other ideas as well as brochures of the many other things to see and do. Have fun. |
