What is the cheapest way to get to San Ramon, California from San Francisco airport?

Travel Info
Are there shuttle services to/fro San Ramon and SFO airport?
How much do they cost? The passenger does not drive in the freeway, so renting a car may not be an option.

Travel Tips
Aside from having somebody else drive the person, which would be free except for cost of gas, BART is the cheapest. Take bart from the Dublin/Pleasanton station and board a Millbrae train. That will take you all the way to SFO. You will need to switch to the people mover tram at the airport to go to specific terminals. Total cost for one way fare is $7.35.

Real world experience, man.
Have you made your flight reservations yet? If not, flying into Oakland would be better. From S.F airport take a cab or shuttle service to a BART station. Then take BART to an Oakland station where you can transfer to a Dublin BART train. Dublin is close to San Ramon.
I'm guessing that your flight lands in SFO only and not OAK. I am not from California, but I have taken a shuttle to the city from the airport. You just have to ride the shuttle with other people who have to be dropped off their destination/hotel. It's slightly time consuming, but it's cheaper than taking a taxi specially when there's a traffic on the way. I regret I could not tell you the name of a shuttle/limo company that services San Ramon from SFO airport. Maybe a hotel clerk can help you with your problem, they might even have shuttle service for their guests. Good luck with your inquiry.
At SFO, there is a tram that goes in circle and takes passengers to the SFO-Milbrae Bart station (In case you haven't known, Bart is Bay Area Rapid Transist, a system of metro/subway). From the SFO-Milbrae Bart station, take the Dublin-Pleasanton train to go all the way to the last station of the line, which is Dublin-Pleasanton. From the Dublin-Pleasanton station, take bus County Connection number 121 to San Ramon (http://www.cccta.org/wb). Before exiting the Bart station, make sure to grab a machine-issued transfer for lower bus fare or you'll pay full fare.
