Where to BBQ in SF?

where is the best place for a cookout (public) in SF? I know GG park, and in there are places you need to reserve, etc. but what are your favorite cookout places? Presidio? other parks? be specific about location and how to obtain a spot if possible. Big imporant cookout on a saturday afternoon, and it's too late to reserve a GG Park site at this time. thanks!
