Does any body know of a hotel near San Francisco/ Vacaville Ca with a Jacuzzi tub in the room? |
Travel Info I'm preferably looking to be between Vacaville and San Francisco but if I have to go a little pass San Francisco that's okay too. Travel Tips If you're prepared to spend a little more to stay in a *really* nice place, and to go a *little* out of the way, about half way between San Francisco and Vacaville is the exit from I-80 to head towards Napa Valley. From there, you can drive 10-20 miles and be in the heart of Napa. There are some beautiful little towns, many wineries, and some wonderful bed & breakfasts / inns, many (most?) of which offer rooms with jacuzzi tubs. A particular favourite area of mine is Yountville, CA. It is home to a bunch of excellent restaurants (my favourite in Yountville is "Bistro Jeanty", a French country bistro style restaurant; truly excellent, and on the low end of expensive), and may well have the highest concentration of B&Bs/inns in Napa Valley. My favourite inn/B&B in Yountville, and all of Napa Valley, is "Villagio Inn". It is truly beautiful, and has wonderful rooms, many with fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and jacuzzi tubs. One thing to keep in mind is that B&Bs and inns in Napa Valley are much more expensive on Friday and Saturday nights, so if you can choose to stay there during the week, or are allowed to show up late to work on Monday and can do a Sunday night stay ... your wallet will thank you. :-) Source(s): http://www.google.com/maps?q=yountville,... http://www.villagio.com/ Other Travel Tips Check the omni hotel.
