Need help getting to shoreline ampethetre in mountain view, ca? |
Travel Info ok, so ive been trying to figure out how to get there for over a month!! being as i dont have a car, i have to go by public transportation. i live in oakland, so ill be starting in oakland. i was just wondering if anyone could help me? ive been on 511.org and none of it makes sense to me!! serious answers only please Travel Tips Tonalc1 is absolutely correct. This is not an easy route to do via public transportation, and if you're going to a late-night concert it might end after the last bus/train for some segment of your journey. So, be careful or you might end up stranded somewhere for several hours (transit usually starts up again at 4-5 AM). If you can hitch a ride with someone, I think that would be ideal. Others You could try web sites such as Expedia.com or Hotwire.com If you want to ride the bus, you could also visit Greyhound.com Hope you have a safe and fun trip! It's very complex (especially not knowing where you're departing from). There's numerous bus transfers. BART to Union City. Take the Dumbarton Express Db1 Line/Palo Alto, get off at Page Mill and El Camino Take the Santa Clara VTA Bus #22 (from the East corner of that intersection), get off at El Camino and San Antonio Go to the north corner of that intersection, take the Santa Clara VTA bus #40 to Shoreline and Charleston. The whole trip will take over three hours. It might be worth your while to rent a car! Add: Another option might be to get yourself to the CalTrain station (via BART to Montgomery, walk or bus to the station), take it to the San Antonio Station, then take the VTA bus #40 to Charleston and Shoreline. Have you considered spelling Amphitheatre correctly? That might help in your search. |
