Buying a San Francisco Moleskine in the San Francisco Bay Area?

I've gone to 6 different bookstores in the Bay Area (granted, in only three cities), but no one has this item. At least one Borders tells me they don't have it, don't know what it is.

I went to Barnes and Noble, and they said they had it on order. Another Barnes said they had the European ones, but not the American ones.

Suggestions?
