With so many tourists coming to Eureka, CA, I am surprised no one asks where to eat particular types of foods! |
Travel Info Eureka, CA has become a huge tourist area, being on the Ocean and deep in the Redwoods. I just found it curious that people wait until they GET here to ask about particularly great food spots. Travel Tips I guess it's because there are so few to choose from . They want to know where the rest are hiding. Everyone knows that the locals keep the best places to themselves. Others In Frisco CHEF JIA'S on Kearney St. is unbeatable. Are you trying to promote Eureka as a hot travel destination? Eureka is nice, but I don't know anyone who would consider it a tourist area. It's the responsibiltiy of the restaurants and chamber of commerce to advertise. I've been up there a few times, it's a tade bit glum. |
