Richmond San Rafael Bridge?

I drove across this bride a few years back heading east to SF. What is the name of the tiny isle to the south, are you allowed on it--anyone ever been on it (stunning for a first time passer by)

If you're talking about the little isle with the lighthouse, it's called East Brother Island. It actually has a fully functional Bed and Breakfast.

The uninhabited isle on the other side of the bridge is West Brother Island.

place just south of the RSR bridge? San Qunitin, and sure they will be happy to let you in. Say hi to Charles Manson and Scott Peterson for me. Brother Island is the place.
