When is the best time (month) to visit San Francisco? |
Travel Info I'd like to visit my favorite U.S. state when the weather's not too chilly and not too hot. :) Travel Tips March to June is usually nice, after that the fog hides everything. ~ Others I loved it in the summer. Perfect. Plus, I was able to get away from the heat and humidity. Go next week! I've always found that April, the end of August and September to be the best times. Although it is hard to predict really what the weather will be like because of the fog. I believe that anytime is a great time. And if you really want to see SF then tour a lot of it during the week (M-F) but if you want to experience some of it explore fisherman's wharf, China Town and Golden Gate park on the weekends. Have fun!!! I use to live an hour away. April-May or September-October. Personally I prefer the latter. I would say December becuase that is when the christmas tree and the mendorah is up at union square. Also the stores are all decorated. especially macy's. You can go and look at all the christmas trees at macys. Theres over 20 of them and there all gorgeous and they each have different themes. I live in san francisco and go down town often. |
