How long of a drive is it from Oakland to Los Gatos? |
Travel Info not specifically anywhere in oakland...just a rough amount of time from oakland to los gatos... Travel Tips 45 minutes Others 60-70 minutes, plus traffic. used to live there...but you could also use mapquest... it can range from 40 mins to 1 1/2 hours depending on when you leave. live in bay area and knows how bad it can be traffic wise The distance is probably not more than 30 or 40 miles. But the freeway -- Interstate 880 -- is like a parking lot a lot of the time, at least between San Leandro and San Jose. So you probably would want to give yourself 45 minutes to an hour, just in case. 75-90 mins, because bridge traffic tends to slow you down and do use hwy 280,when you get on the peninsula side,as hwy 101 gets slower and busier as the morning traffic approaches.. |
