How safe is the Fashion Island overpass for biking in San Mateo, CA?

I was wondering how safe the Fashion Island Blvd/Highway 101 overpass is. From the Google Maps and Local Live, I can't tell if there is a bike lane or an entire separated bike path. Does anyone have experiencing biking from the Hayward Station train to Bridgepointe using this overpass?

ooh you can bike over the overpass that parallel, freeway hwy 92, and yes it is safe,, there is alot of shops to shop, so therefore if you plan to buy alot of things, it is best to drive,
ooh no separate bike lane, pass norfolk, ride on road with cars, just be careful...
