What are the coolest neighbourhoods in San Francisco? Where I can walk down from appt and be in middle of fun.

i think around North Beach, Telegraph Hill, or Fisherman's Wharf because its right inbetween the city & Fisherman's Wharf. but if you want more of the beachy area, maybe around Presidio or Marina.
