Where is the best vacation place in Bay Area? |
Travel Info I would like to have a one day trip to somewhere near bay area, such as Monteray. Is there any other good place to go. It should be a kids-friendly place. Travel Tips Big Sur is gorgeous, and on the way down there is a stop where you can stop your car at the side of the road and see this beautiful waterful cascade onto a small beach. No one is allowed on the beach, so it is clean and very natural...and Big Sur is great too! Great camping spot, and Monterey is a great place for antiques and old timey candy for the kids! Source(s): live in the area Other Travel Tips Santa Cruz is nice. Or, go North bay and hang on the coast. Monteray is great. A favorite for us is Old Town Sacaramento. Stay on the Delta King, it's a blast. |
