Need a 1 BR place for under $800.00 per month, where? |
Travel Info Hi, I will be moving to San Jose this June, and hoping to find a place with 1BR for about $800.00 per month. 1. Is it possible to find such a place in San Jose area? 2. My work place will be in Santa Clara, is commute from Freemont possible with reasonable time? how long does it take with morning or afternoon traffic? Travel Tips how about mexico,lol. j/k i have no idea rent was that much out west. all i have to say about that is "Damn" Others did you try rent.com ? that place is pretty good for this sort of stuff. www.rent.com Try looking on www.craigslist.com. In the San Jose area, your $800 a month won't get you much of an apartment and the area would not be the best. You really need to expect to spend at least $1000 for an apartment in a safe area. You might consider getting a 2-bedroom and sharing it with a roommate. Fremont is across the bay from Santa Clara and many people live there and commute to the Santa Clara Valley. But during rush hours, the commute can be horrible. If you're not commuting during those times, it's maybe 30 minutes. Modified 1 year ago I have not heard of any for that price, check the local San Jose Paper for rooms for rent. |
