Travel Tips For things other than hotel-motel options your best bet is Craigslist http://sfbay.craigslist.org/ If all else fails, though, I've often stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott when I've had longer term stays. You'll have a kitchenette, but they all offer a "continental" breakfast (though many include eggs and waffles, etc). Most also offer evening food during the week. It can save some money. Others Perhaps call the campus for suggestion or try looking in the local paper online. There are some corporate housing places that offers short term housing. Those "extended stay" places like Homestead House are very economical for just a month. Some places like Residence Inn is situated like a small apartment and has a decent size kitchen, stove and is furnished. Plus, they do your linen and clean your place! |
