Bay area song- do you know the lyrics?

They play it a lot on 94.9 and 106.1 i dont know the lyrics but her voice sounds "lazy" and i think she says something about the E.P.A

then during the chorus there is a part where a guy kinda shouts something that sounds like "GO GO GO GO"

i know that isnt much information at all- does anyone have any idea what song im talking about?
