Where in San Jose can you take beautiful pictures? |
Travel Info I live In San Jose and I am very disapointed that I have to drive so far to find any good photgraphy spots. There's pretty much nothing here. But maybe someone knows of something I don't know about. If so please let me know. Travel Tips Spring time in the East Foothills is beautiful...Mt. Hamilton Road, the Monestary up there. Or how about a drive to Scotts Valley. I guess it depends on what types of pics you want to take and what is considered "beautiful". Beauty is in the eye of the holder of the camera! Others Check out "San Jose Beautiful", there's some neat locations on there. http://www.sjbeautiful.org/monopoly_in_t... Alum Rock Park. Kelly park.... But if you are willing to drive out a little, check out Morgan Hill. It is GORGEOUS....... It's my home town. I live out in Tucson AZ now and miss MH every day of my life. Drive out to Anderson Damn in Morhan hill. The views, water, bridges, mountains EVERYTHING is breathtaking............... Good Luck Morgan Hill is just south of San Jose, Take the 101 or montery hwy to the Dunne Avenue exit. GO left up dunne all the way up the mountain till you get to Holiday Lake Estates (entry way). When you see that, vere towards the right and head towards Anderson Damn. 7 more minutes of driving and you will actually cross the bridge and find MANY places to take pics. Don't stop jsut there. You can keep going up that mountain another 40 if you wnt to see a great view of the starts at night or the sunset. I grew up there and it was ALWAYS beautiful.
