Travel Tips The Pavillion has a different amount of seats depending upon what event is happening there. If you go here: http://www.hppsj.com/index2.html... you can click on seating maps and select what event you are interested in (i.e. basketball, hockey, etc) and it will show you a view. It does not tell you how many rows but it will give you an idea and you can always email or call them to ask. This is from the FAQ Q: How many people can attend an event? A: It depends on how the Pavilion is configured. The maximum seating capacity is 20,000. Sharks games accomodate almost 17,500. Basketball games seat 18,700. Depending on the size of the stage and whether a performer allows patrons to sit behind the stage, concerts are set up to seat as few as 13,000 when the upper and lower bowl are open. . . and less when a more intimate lower bowl only setup is requested. |
