I think you are looking for a temple where the inner sanctum of the temple is occuped with a Shivling with Goddess Parvati; Lord Ganesh and Lord Hanuman on either side of Lord Shiva; Nandi and a turtle are in front of the Shivling, and where you can do parikrama/pradakshina/circumam... of the Shivling. If yes, then we don't have any temples in the bay area like this. The Shiva-Vishnu temple in Livermore does have Shivling and Balaji along with other Gods in the temple. Lord Kartikeya is at the center of the temple there. The temple is Sunnyvale is Hindu temple. They have framed photos and statues of all the Gods at the inner sanctum along with all the Goddesses. The San Bruno temple is also similar to the Sunnyvale temple. There is a Jain derasar in Milpitas near Main street and also Swaminarayan temple (BAPS) near by from there.
