San jose rental areas?

does anyone know of an area in san jose small and cheap to that can be rented for parties??? for a crowd of 20-50 people? it has to be in a somewhat socluded area.

You can have your group go to Great America.
Consider renting Hayes Mansion in San Jose.

What kind of party? There are lots of smaller hotels that rent out meeting rooms pretty cheap.
they have a hall over in downtown san jose japan town area.
its right on 6th st. 6th and taylor. i dont have a price for you though. we rented that place out awhile back
