What do I need to use European electric devices (to recharge my camera, ipod etc) in Brazil?

Travel Info
If it's a transformer, then which kind? How heavy is it? Should I try to buy it in Europe or wait till I arrive in Sao Paulo?
If I wait and buy it in Sao Paulo, does anyone know where I could find one?

Thanks!!

Travel Tips
Depending on the region of Brazil, the mains voltage can be 110 or 220. In Sao Paulo (as well as in all Brazilian southwestern states) the voltage is 110. As the usual voltage in Europe is 220, you're better get rechargers in that voltage, or one that works both in 110 and in 220. Try also to buy connector adapters, for the Brazilian ones are different from the European. A plug good for the USA will work in Brazil as well, but you can always buy an international plug set at the airport's duty free shops, both in Europe and in Brazil.
