You can go to any vetinery clinic that shleters animals in Riyadh. Most have cats already vaccinated and treated for adoption. Interestingly, I just got a cat in Jeddah and was asking the same question a wek ago. We are so happy with our new family member and brought happiness to our home. he kids love her.

Cats are everywhere. Post an ad in one of the supermarkets if you are looking for a specific breed.
You can catch one along streets. there are lots of cats along street if you want to adopt one. or if you want to buy on petshop you can have.
