How could a wife on husbands sponsorship in KSA work??? |
Travel Info State the procedure please....thanks Travel Tips A expatriate man working in Saudi Arabia always receives his own iqama in conjunction with his own contract and his own visa. An expatriate woman who lives in Saudi Arabia is listed on her husband鈥檚 iqama if she simply accompanies her husband (joint iqama). If she comes to work on her own employment contract, whether she is married or single, she receives her own iqama (separate iqamas). If a woman accompanies her husband to Saudi Arabia without making prior arrangements to work in the Kingdom then finds a job after she arrives, her name will be removed from her husband鈥檚 iqama and she will receive a separate iqama. In other words: whenever your wife gets employed, she will not be under your sponsorship no more. Her empployer will take care of the necessary paper work. Take care. The new company will transferred her Iqama on its own name, after getting a job. Her company will perform the hole procedure. Just after getting a job. Same way if wife of a person comes to KSA, her husband can get a job here, on sponsorship of his wife. Very simple: once she has her Ikamah on her husband's sponsorship, she can find a job and work. No need to transfer her Ikama to her employer. |
