They follow a jungle law, where people are descriminated by their race .The mentally retarded arabs of the Gulf ,who can themselves muslims ,dont really follow the true islam.Becoz god never will allow another person to be lesser . In god eyes we are all equal .But unfortuntely people who rode camels in the past became rich over nigth and thougth they are superior than god.So that what exactly happen. They dont treat people accordly and also think that person deserves a lesser wage as when he converts it to his currency it will be alot of money. Source(s): However people from asia go to the gulf,as they wanna save up and send money back to their family and they dont mind how much they get or how they are treated becoz its all a sacrifice to feed some hungry mouths.

God is on the look out ,and will judge them one day.
Other Travel Tips
yes. sadly it is true... ... I am american-saudi... and if I want to work for a large company.. Lets say Aramco oil company.. its in my best interest to go get hired from the American side as an american citizen and come back here to Saudi, than it is to just apply as a Saudi citizen.. I will get practically double my salary doing the exact same job if I apply as an american.. Sad but true..
True, why?

- Labour supply and demand - there are more pakistanis, indians etc who are willing to go and work in KSA, than europeans. Most are non skilled labour, yet recently a lot of pakistanis, indians etc were able to peneterate managment thanks to good education, experience and the growth of the IT sector.

- Westerners can not adapt as easily to life in saudi arabia, so even if they are aid more than their home country, it is still difficult for them to go work and live there and since few actually do that, their experience and education makes tham more valuable to companies and therefore are willing to pay more.
Dear ,
do you think that this happens only in Saudi Arabia?
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
by personal experience it happened to me in Italy and USA where i worked for different companies and till this moment i suffer from discrimination
waiting to become citizen to apply for jobs in the government!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
forgot to tell you while working in Italy i was offered a job for an Italian company in Libya.
accepted the work offer , to discover later that the Libyans were paying the Italian company double my wage , and the Italians were keeping the difference.
result?
i left that company.
i could give more examples but the one described is the most exuberant
an egyptian living in usa
this is in every where in the world,,
I think it's depend on the The currency of their countries.
in my opinion, I think every one works in his country should take more than any other nationality to attract people to work in their countries,,
