Can anybody tell me Y banking "services" in ksa are so terrible ?

well y these banks are terrible .... its a large topic.... in short;

all the banks are run by saudi employees, and i am sorry to say that inspite of all facility for education, good salaries and benifits, these people cannot develop a "work culture" in any of the departements they are working, e.g. u can see any of the government offices. so even international banks are providing these kind of "services" becasue they know that these people have no place to run. so thay just make deals/contract with companies and all the employees of these companies have to suffer because they can go no where else.

if the people who supposed to provide u services and to deal with u some respect, as u are a sourse of their bussiness, behave with u like "mudeers", the result will be these kinds of banks.

i made a list of banks in order their services starting from worst to less worst.

(these are top most, belive me there is no bank which u can say good)

well I found that Samba bank is the most reasonable. maybesomeone else might have other opinions..
The banking service is lacking.. Its just due to lack of employees to handle the onslaught of customers and lack of managerial experience... I hear complains daily from folks about this.. The lines you have to stand and wait are horrible.. Hopefully our government might read this and do something about it.
i worked for banks since finishing school,

they have to much money that they don't care about competition, this leads the banks not caring about new custormers or current small customers,

some banks try to make their service bad, so small customers will move to other banks, where they can start to close branchs to drive cost down, and keep focus or rich clients. with more profits. banks love the game of kicking clients to each other.
I find SAMBA to be the best in services. The new gulf state banks in KSA should create competition and therefore, improve services .
It is not just banks, in Saudi the term "Customer Service" is somewhat lost on them. They just don't get that better business is built on better customer satisfaction. They will get it, Saudi is still learning and growing at an alarming rate.
