to that general Area? would be looking to rent a small place and want to know what is the plus side or negative side of living in the area, interesting things to do/visit/etc.
One member of the fam already works there part time but commutes from a long distance. go together sometimes and try to get used to the area but we're just visiting and dont get the " real feel" of it.Would appreciate an insiders opinion.
Travel Tips
If you like the small town feel, it can be nice. You can get to downtown Seattle, but it takes about an hour. You can take the ferry to the Olympic peninsula, and go to the beach, the rain forest, or up the mountains. Be prepared for rain. I live not far from Monroe. |
