In Seattle of course, unless you want to see New Years in Times Square in New York on TV -:) Alicia Happy New Year 2007 is almost here

Others
Volunteer Park up on capital hill has an amazing view of the space needle... they usually close it down at 11pm though. Don't know if they make an exception for tonight.
