Ocean vs Mountains?

I'm trying to decide whether to go to the ocean and storm watch or the mountains and snowshoe for my birthday at the end of the month. The snow is only about 1 hour away and we can do that for a day trip anytime, but it's fun to stay over every once in a while. The ocean is always fun and there's a great hotel with a casino and shows and wonderful restaurants and a spa. HELP!

Travel Tips

You can go to the ocean anytime of year, but playing in the snow is only possible in the winter, so I'd go play in the snow for sure!! Have a Happy Birthday!

in my opinion i'd go to the oceans. i don't liek the snow or the cold. HOTEL!!
the mountains sound fun. i live in phoenix so any snow at all sounds fun!
Go to Ocean Shores. Even better, go to Seaside, Oregon. It's absolutely the best place to storm watch in the Winter and it's only about a 3 hour drive from Seattle via I-5 and Highway 101.
Go to the Ocean now and to the mountains in the Spring after all that snow melts.
Go to the Ocean in summer when you can swim, and the Mountains in winter, when you can enjoy the snow :)
