Easy answer for me. Without a doubt, Mercato in downtown by the farmer's market. I love this place and have been there for lunch and dinner. It has a "sister" restaurant called, Ramblin Jack's. I have only been there for lunch. It is also in downtown (different location). I also like Wagner's for a simple lunch (sandwiches) and for AMAZING desserts! Many state workers go to Wagner's for lunch because it is so close to the capitol.

Try Falls Terrace by the Olympia brewery....The outside patio over looks the river by there....Good food too!! Just off I-5.
