Travel Info Seattle: How is your new light rail system? Travel Tips It is still under construction. Only a small segment in Downtown Tacoma is presently operating. Seattle does still have a great bus system however that spans a large section of the western side of the state. Additionally, there is heavy commuter rail lines that service Everett to the north and Tacoma to the south from Seattle. Take about 5 mins and is around 2$ each way I think. No big deal, its clean and safe but nothing spectacualr. It is under construction and not running yet. |
