Travel Info I want to spend the best honeymoon in Seattle and cities near seattle.. Travel Tips I spent my honeymoon near Seattle!! It rocked. We really liked the Experience Music Project. You could spend a whole day there. Of course hit the market and watch the fish fly. We spent a day trip visiting the place where Twin Peaks was filmed and some wineries. We enjoyed walking around the Fremont neighborhood. We also really liked checking out local coffee places. Get the current copy of Frommer's Seattle and read through it. Others Best thing for couples to do in Seattle (not kidding) is to attend John Gottman's workshop on successful marriages. Look up the Gottman Institute online. It will be insurance for your marriage, which is better than a honeymoon anyday. You can take a cruise around there. An umbrella....why would you honey moon in Seattle...make sure you go to the space needle, I hope you got a great room...weather soooo unpredictable in Seattle! There is the Crittenden locks (I'm not sure of the spelling). You can watch the salmon go up the fish ladder. There is the Danish American Museum. There is Seattle Underground tour. That is where they built the streets up and the first floor became the basement and the 2nd floor became the 1st. I have taken the tour many times and love it each time. There is the Needle. There is Pikes market. There is the Microsoft plant. There is all kinds of stuff!! Here are some things you should check out.
