I think that Seattle would be in the second danger ring and therefore everybody would die within hours of it erupting due to volcanic ash Earth quake and sunami earthquakes. It gets windy once in a while in the winter. It's unlikely that a tsunami would impact Seattle. Civic apathy. Ignoring the agenda of the discreet globalists.
