How much does it cost to live in Seattle for a college student? |
Travel Info How much does it cost to live in Seattle for a college student? Travel Tips I was wondering something like this too, but more like where is good towns or areas that have more reasonable rents for a reasonable apartment, nothing fancy just to have the basics that work, ya know. I think if you got a studio and search for a simple basic place you would find a reasonable rent if you aren't looking for anything fancy. Others Living under a bridge tends to be cheaper than living in a mansion. Riding a bike is cheaper than driving a car. going to school on a scholarship is cheaper than payin maximum fees. So, much of the answer will depend on lifestyle and other decisions. The cost of living in Seattle is pretty high. If you search for the right spots and are conscience of your spending, it should be about the same as any big city. 900-1200 for a studio find roommates 900-1200 is fair for a modest 2 bedroom apartment outside of the city, on public transportation with room-mates. Seattle is not an cheap place to live. |
