Plan to move to SEATTLE. Is SEATTLE good place live, I also want to invest in Real Estate there?

Travel Tips
Seattle is an amazing city! I've been here for about 10 years (after having lived in more than 16 states prior) and I absolutely love it.

The Real Estate market is currently the 4th highest in the country, so buying real estate is a spendy Endeavour. However, nobody here loses money on a home! Homeownership in the Pacific Northwest is a good solid investment.

We do have more than our fair share of rainy days, but when it's sunny here, it's amazingly beautiful. Winters are rarely too harsh and summers are never too hot. Because of the often and misty rain, most things stay green year round, which is wonderful.

There are some fantastic benefits to living here. Living in Seattle: you're only a couple hours from the coast, minutes from Puget Sound, an hour away from some of the most amazing mountains in North America, a ferry ride away from the only Rain Forrest in North America, a couple hours from ski resorts, 3 hours from the desert, and sooo much more.

There are many great cities North of Seattle that are good areas to live in, and are a bit less expensive. The 鈥楨ast Side鈥?is very nice (Bothell, Woodinville, Bellevue), but can still be quite expensive. If you move a bit further north (Everett, Mukilteo), home prices are still moderately reasonable. Those cities have made substantial improvements over the last few years in charm and appeal and the market has not quite caught up, so it鈥檚 a great place to buy.

Good luck, wherever you decide to go.
