Islands belongin to seattle?

Travel Tips
There are no islands in the actual city of Seattle. The boundaries north and south are entirely on land. The western boundary runs along the coast of Elliott Bay and the eastern boundary runs through the middle of Lake Washington, including being halfway between Mercer Island and the mainland.

There are LOTS of islands in the Seattle area, there just aren't any "belongin" to Seattle proper.
I hope this answers your question.

Others
way to many there are probably about 590 islands in Washington state. the only one i now of is San wan islands
