Travel Info Has anyone made the move from Denver to Seattle? If so what are the positives and drawbacks? Travel Tips Denver has a lot of sun/snow in the winter Seattle has a lot of rain. But New York and Miami has actually more average rain fall than Seattle even though it's cloudy most of the time. Has a lot of traffic The positive side is that there's a lot of friendly people, great night life, and when it's sunny. It's beautiful!!!! It gets about 85 degrees in the summer. But when it's really humid.. it's over 100. One time it was 112 in Redmond. When there's thunder and lightning storms.. it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! Picture perfect... and the fireworks at New Years Eve is gorgeous too... and don't forget the seafood is GREAT!!! Others Denver has 300+ days of sunshine- Seattle has 300+ days of gloom and clouds. |
