What metro bus stops by Nintendo in Redmond, WA? |
Travel Info Hi, I might be starting a job at Nintendo's corp. headquarters in Redmond, WA, and I'm going to be commuting from downtown Seattle, and rather than driving, I was wondering what's the best bus to take? Travel Tips Dude, you are commuting the wrong way! :-) There is a great metro bus (MT 266) that would get you to Nintendo's front door, but it runs east when you want west, and west when you want east. Your only option is really the ST 545 bus. (BTW, that's a sound transit bus, not a metro transit bus. We have 3 bus systems plus an umbrella organization. One of them runs trains as well. You'll get the hang of it eventually.) The 545 runs both directions, all day. Get off at the highway stop at 51st St. and walk. It's not far. On your way home, you may get the bus practically at your office's back door, if I'm thinking of the right building. Make friends with this web site. You'll need it. http://transit.metrokc.gov Congrats on the Nintendo job. I hear it's a good place to work. Bad decision on living and working on opposite sides of the water though. You will regret it. Others King County Metro |
