I would try AAA in Washington State. They would be able to do that for you and if you're a member you would receive a discount on your hotel stay or package through Victoria Clipper (http://www.clippervacations.com/).... You can find their phone number on their website.

The Victoria Clipper packages have nights in Seattle and you then would then sail up to San Juan Islands and you have the option of staying in Friday Harbor.

I have done this trip but I used just the regular ferry system in Washington State. It's very reliable as long as it's not extremely windy outside. You can get the ferry schedule off of http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/.... It's a beautiful trip and well worth it. (and cheaper transportation)
