What can you do in seattle for a family that has a mom, dad, 8th grader, 5th grader, and preschooler?
can you suggest something that the whole family could do that none of us will get bored

Seattle Center -
It has the Space Needle, an amusement park, Children's Museum, and Pacific Science Center all in the same area. That pretty much covers the age range.

If you had a teenager or twenty-something with you, you could add Experience Music Project to the list too (also in Seattle Center).

Space needle is really nice to see. We took a ferry to San juan Island and really enjoyed it.. Rented mopeds and cruised the Island.
Hit the Seattle science center. (in the shadow of the space needle) Something for everyone.

Take the ferry to Banbridge or Vashon island. Neat little towns there.

Art galleries around pioneer square or over Lake Washington in Kirkland.

But, I warn you, if you spend time in Seattle when it is nice, you will be lookin to move there. Don't say you haven't been warned.
well there is space needle and it has a carnival area at the bottom of it. There is ferry rides.. there is the boeing exhibit in everett not that great though. There is two zoo's and a science museum.. You can even head over to the san juan islands...

Buy a city pass it is all family stuff and will hit a lot of the major things and costs less
