My partner and I are moving to Seattle WA. from Phoenix AZ. at the end of this year. I would like to buy a house in a historic neighborhood near downtown seattle. A positive gay Community would also be a plus.

Travel Tips

Capitol Hill. I LOVE this area, it's very historic, liberal, and artsy, and as for the weird folks, they exist everywhere.

Pioneer Square is a fascinating and wonderful place to visit and explore, but not so much for taking up residence.

2) There are no houses there

You want Capitol Hill. It's gay. It has houses. It's in the city. Should be just your cup of tea.
Avoid Capitol Hill - lots of weird folks.. I recommend Magnolia.
