What to do this weekend? |
Travel Info I'm new to Seattle and have done most of the touristy stuff. My sister is flying in tomorrow night to stay the weekend. Any suggestions of what we should do while she's in town? Need suggestions.. Concerts, hot spots, visit a shaman...? Thanks!! Travel Tips Go to the coast!! Others How about exploring the Pacific Ocean and the Olympic National Rain Forest? Another view of the local natural beauty is an hour or so east on I-90 (Snoqualmie Falls waterfall). If you're a city girl, and you feel you've exhausted the city of Seattle, check out Portland, OR to the south or Vancouver, Canada to the north. Both are only 2-3 hour drives from Seattle. That's what the locals do. There is a rally race set for this weekend based from Olympia to Shelton: don't know if your into that, but if it raining, you can do that and head to the beach and try something different. |
