Where is Kurt Cobain's Seattle Home?

My brother is taking a trip to Seattle and he wanted to see Kurt's House. Does anybody know where it is?

You will know if you have the right place. There is a park right nest to it that has a love of messages to Kurt on the trees and benches.
He will be disappointed that the garage and room above the garage (where Kurt killed himself) has been torn down but he will still recognize the house.
